Through hard work and exceptional management skills he was successful in moving up the ranks in the construction industry. Along with his ability to manage projects and employees, Ron puts forth the extra effort in cost-engineering and design on every project. His personal touch is evident throughout. Construction Management
Construction Management is specifically created to promote the successful execution of capital projects for owners. These projects can be highly complex. Few owners maintain the staff resources necessary to pay, close, and have continuing attention to every detail–yet these details can “make or break” a project.
Our Construction Managers can work with the owner with pre-planning, design, construction, engineering and management expertise that can assure the best possible project outcome no matter what type of project.
Our Manager represents the interests of the project in its dealings with other construction professionals, and with other private and public entities.

Pre-Construction
We believe that the best way to approach any successful project is to begin with the proper preparation and tools. A successful project is realized by careful forward thinking and planning. This strategy allows us to accurately evaluate project costs, complete both constructability and feasibility studies, detail realistic scheduling of construction and provide budget conscious value engineering.
During the pre-construction phase, our project engineers communicate with all team members to develop a project map and production schedule. By focusing on teamwork and continuity, we are not only able to create a venue for additional clarification on building and design but it gives us the opportunity to identify potential obstacles and resolve them prior to starting construction.
By involving Badraun Builders in the pre-construction phase, we are able to provide a superior product while objectively meeting our clients expectations and budgetary goals.
Value Engineering
Experience has taught us that the majority of cost savings are realized early in the construction process. Therefore we begin with cost engineering alternatives right from the start with owners, architects and engineers in the pre-construction phase.
